PED FORUM '25

We've Planned A Jam-Packed Morning,
We Need YOU To Bring Your Experience and Your Voice!

The morning starts at 8:00 am with networking and several tables sponsored by experts in pedestrian safety.

The program starts promptly at 8:30 am when Clark County Commissioner Michael Naft will deliver a welcome message. Erin Breen from the Road Equity Alliance Project will then set the stage with the agenda and expectations for attendees.

This will be a working meeting where everyone will be expected to actively participate in discussions and submit several comment cards throughout the morning.

The “foundation” of the discussion will be presented by:

Andrew Bennett,
Director, Clark County Office of Traffic Safety

Lacey Tisler,
Chief NDOT Traffic Safety Engineer

Noehealani Antolin,
Research Director, Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine.

There will be an opportunity for the room to ask questions and offer opinions about what the data suggests. A look into the current thoughts on best practices throughout the world will be offered, and attendees will be asked to comment on their thoughts during the first half of the program. Before we go to a break there will be another chance to network and visit with our sponsors.

Returning from break, we will interact with a panel of road designers and vulnerable road users. Everyone will then be encouraged to  share their perspectives and experiences as we try to answer the question “How did we get here, and how do we get out?”

Ultimately, everyone will be asked for ideas/solutions on how to bring positive changes and save lives, not next year, not next month, but TODAY!

WHEN: Wednesday, May 28th, 2025, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm

WHERE: Select Health Conference Room
6795 South Agilysys Way / Suite 110
